KOTOR 2 Skipping conversations

Some of the less meaningful conversations are being skipped, though I still want to know whats going on. Any ideas? I am currently on Dantooine, and whenever I speak to anyone thats not important it skips completely what they say.

When it starts doing that, just exit and restart the game.

Yep, that unfortunately happens to everyone. I hate it but all you have to do is reload and it will be fine.
