darth-ackbar
As you have probably realised, I'm a total n00b when it comes to modelling. When it comes to editing head models, can I add extra verts or does that screw up the game somehow? If you can add extra verts, how do you do it, because I can't figure it out and there doesn't seem to be much documentation on it. I'm using 3DS Max 2010 by the way. Sithspecter
Working with head models is very tricky. I would recommend trying some other things before you start on heads. If you haven't modeled anything before, why don't you check out the tutorial section on here, and do some of the Autodesk tutorials first. Especially take a look at those tutorials. If you want to find good ways to do stuff, just Google it, there are hundreds of great tutorials out there that will make your modeling life easier. darth-ackbar
@SithSpecter, I have had past experience with modelling, but I've never bothered with KotOR, and I've always used blender rather than 3ds. @Darth Deadman, thanks for the links, I had already looked at VP's head one, but it doesn't really help with the actual modelling of the head. As for miro42's, both the links are down unfortunately, do you know if it's hosted elsewhere?
