You should see people around the raves after they drop acid. It's almost like the Men In Black movies. Bodypaint, lights, wiring.

 

At Sac Con, there are people (of legal age) who will 'solicit' certain things outside the venue after it closes up.

Actually, that's the truth at just about any convention I've ever been to.

 

@Istorian: Well, about 100 miles away form Sac to the east, in Lake Tahoe there was a judge on the California side who got busted on the Nevada side speeding at 1AM one night several years ago, and a search turned up with 1/8th of cocaine in his car.
