Slow Internet

So basically all of a sudden the internet on my computer got EXTREMELY slow, everyone elses internet is fine. Im using a dlink wireless internet card and it is brand new!! Any help is appreciated

 

Edit: It is slow on my IE10 and Chrome browsers

It could be spyware. Try sweeping for that, or simply clear your cookies.

Thanks im pretty sure it is my card, cuz I busted out my old one and it work WAY better. so im going to uninstall and reinstall it
