Eduardo
Just a heads up for any MI fan, the guys behind Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island (mainly Bill Tiller) are running a kickstarter for a short adventure game in the same world as Vooju, Duke Grabowski, Mighty Swashbuckler! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2133563544/duke-grabowski-mighty-swashbuckler-point-and-click Can the roughest pirate in the Azurbbean become a true swashbuckler? Laughs and thrills abound in this point-and-click adventure game! Duke Grabowski, Mighty Swashbuckler! is an exciting 2.5D adventure game for PC/Mac/Linux/OUYA, in the style of LucasArts and Autumn Moon Entertainment. Projected release date is October 2015. (This BBCode requires its accompanying plugin to work properly.) Looks familiar... While I had issues with Vooju (mainly plot and dialogue), I thought it was something that MI fans might want to know about.
Huz
Looks familiar indeed! Where's the dog? Just off the screen probably.
RoyTordesLegend
that's a canny 'tribute', you'd have to have the blue moonlit wandering around Melee/Scabb Islands in the near dark scenes to sell it to me however.

Eduardo
Last 8 days for this kickstarter... Dave Grossman will be involved too. We are also excited to announce that Dave Grossman, famous Lucas Arts and Tell Tale alum, will be helping me and Gene with the gameplay and puzzle design. Dave, as you may well know, has extensive adventure game and - most importantly- pirate game experience which he got from working on the first two Monkey Island games and the Tales of Monkey Island series at Tell Tale Games. Dave was most notably the Co-Project Leader on the classic graphic adventure Maniac Mansion II: Day of the Tentacle (or as we used to call it, DOTT). Dave was also a main designer and writer on the Sam and Max series. Dave will help us make sure our puzzles are fun, logical, challenging but not too hard.
