Garindan was a Kubazi, and he wasn't a bounty hunter, he was an informant.

Still, the Empire did use bounty hunters, you can see Vader alking to many of them in the movies. And you can tell that they have had previous transactions because Vader knows that Boba likes to desintegrae people.

I son't think that Greedo was the best choice either, i think that an assasin droid would be the coolest bounty hunter for the Empire.

Um, I think the reason that Bobba Fett wasn't used because there aren't more 'fetts'.

The Empire uses RODIANS which is an entire race, (but I agree an assassination droid or noghri would have been much cooler, although Noghri aren't bounty hunters, I think they could have filled the role in the game just as easy because the bounty hunters, as used in Galactic Battles aren't really hunting bounties)

Sorry, but I don't think those are supposed to be 'clones' of a single guy running around.

Garandin, the 'elephant man,' as someone said earlier wasn't a bounty hunter...but an informant or spy, equal to what the Rebellion would have used Bothan's for.

As for bounty hunters in the Empire, the officers of the empire didn't like Bounty Hunters but Vade had no problem hiring them for his dirty work.

What I really don't understand is why the Rebellion, Gunguns, Naboo, or even Wookies have them? I understand something needed to balance out the jedi...but those civs don't really fit if you try to stay in the Star Wars 'theme' of things.

But it really doesn't matter because it's ultra cool that they got the extra races like Rodians into the game. :)

You are right about Noghri, but what I'm saying is that there is no REAL need for bounty hunters, since there are not any Bounties.

The purpose of the Bounty Hunters in Galactic Battles is to be Jedi counters. A role that Noghri could fill just as easy.

Noghri where basically used as Assassins or Bodyguards.

Ooooh i'm sorry that is not correct. The correct answer was....Kubazi or we would have accepted Kubaz.

Serioulsy though. Garindan was a Kubazi, not a Chevin. I'm 100% positive about this. My RPG character is a Kubazi after all.

He was talking about Ephant Mon being a Chevin (although the name does look like it says Elephant Man - I think you misread :) )

Who called Garindan a race? I didn't see that anywhere.

4-Lom was not that good a bounty hunter, matter of fact I think that he and his partner (whose name escapes me right now, but he couldn't breathe oxygen) later joined the Rebel Alliance according to one of the books I read (shortly after they 'worked' with Bobba Fett).
