CaptainRAVE
A new virus called BadTrans.B has started spreading wildly, knocking SirCam off its spot as top spreading virus of the month for the first time in a long time. The virus first popped up on Friday, and by Sunday was infecting between three and five new computers every minute. It's still picking up speed. BadTrans.B is spread via email, and uses a vulnerability in Internet Explorer to automatically execute. Once a computer is infected, it installs a keylogger and transmits information, including credit card numbers and passwords, to its creator.
