If it is man to man with Vader having no force, and just a normal vong guy then vader, but if it one of those general dudes, who has one of those droid killing thingy bobs in his eys like Nom Anor, well then the vong dude. If it were a coralskipper vs. vader's TIE then Vader again. But only if he knew that trick thingy they do. But why should Vader have the Force removed? That is his advantage, just like the Vong loving pain is there's when it comes to combat, they also have all those crazy implants to help them, so why take Vader's advantage away? that just ain't fair!
