Paragon_Leon
erm.. ok... i'm not yet sure if this belongs in off-topic or not, but i guess we'll find out soon enough Death Star destroys planet with Chronosphere. End of story. (A Death Star is too big for a chronosphere to handle anyway)

Either the Death Star would explode or would totally shut down because of the power needed to make the Death Star run would be gone. No more life suport system on the Death Star. I mean what is the need to make backup life suport if the Death Staar is impenatrable:D

Guest xwing guy
SW doesn't even need to resort to there imp superweapons like this. The Rebel and imp armys could easily handle the RA2 forces. And besides this is a SW site so SW always wins!
FlyBOy
What's a chronosphere??
Guest xwing guy
a chornosphere is a device on the allies side that can transport several tanks or ships to anywhere but if you chornoshift ships onto land than the are destroyed and if you chornoshift tanks into water they sink, also infantry die if there choronoshifted. It was a great weapon for transporting the enemy harvesters into the ocean:D You could also transport the enemy navy onto the ground to destroy them. It was very useful for transporting 9 abrams behind enemy lines...oh sorry they would be grizzlies:D I forgot that I have a mod that changes things up a little. If you ever get RA2 you HAVE to download the Deezire mod for the game. It is AWESOME:D
Mitth'raw'nuruodo
what about if the soviets used iron curtain? then nothing would harm them and they might do that to a nuke and attack the main reactor with it.

darthfergie
today most Nukes are 150+ kilotons. On the kilometers...well that you probably WON'T find at all. After all it was back in WWII when it happened so you most likly will not find anything on it unless you got REALLY lucky.
Guest xwing guy
Also once the nuke got up into space the death star superlaser would fire and destroy it and then destroy earth.

Why would the superlaser fire at it??? It is emincely hard to aim on the fly. A regular turbolaser could blow one of those things out of the sky at a HUGE range. Mitth'raw'nuruodo
youre forgetting that the nuke's iron curtained its invincible remember.
Darth_Rommel
How long does "iron curtain" last?
Mitth'raw'nuruodo
in the game, about 1 min and 15 seconds, i think. . . but really i dont know how long it would last. it gives you enough time to wipe out about half of an opponents base. Guest xwing guy
even if the nuke hit the death star it probably wouldn't even get through the shields or armour. Besides the death star has hundreds probably over a thousand tractor beams that they could use to catch a hold of all the nukes a then turn em' around back to earth or hold them long enough till the iron curtain ran out and then destroy them. Mitth'raw'nuruodo
why couldn't the nuke hit the reactor? it could fly in and BOOM!
darthfergie
only if it was DSII also if DSII wass completed that would neer work. The armor is to THICK, also the poblem with the vent is gone. So flying through there is impossible. EVEN IF IT HAD THE IRON CURTAIN VADER JUST CRUSHS THE MISSILE FROM THE INSIDE!!!
Mitth'raw'nuruodo
im afraid i cant argue with that except that what if vader wasn't there?
