Admiral Odin Posted December 24, 2001 Share Posted December 24, 2001 Recently on the news a story went up about a plane being escorted by 2 F-15 eagles. Now this comforted the passengers, but if anything shouldn't it further scare them? Think about this, those fighters can't do a thing about what is happening in that plane, however they are still a comfort to the people. Now if they thought about it they would realize what those planes are actually doing up there. They aren't there to protect them but to shoot down the plane in case it tries to reinact the tragedy of Sept. 11. Any one else have thoughts on this? Having military presence there would keep them from doing what they want because they wouldn't get in paradise by just getting blow away.
