Joshi Posted December 27, 2001 Posted December 27, 2001 yo, what's everyones new years resolution? my GCSE's are coming up, so mines gonna be to revise lots. how about yours?
raVen_image Posted December 27, 2001 Posted December 27, 2001 I think my new resolution will be 800 X 600 (from 1024 X 768). My eyesight is getting worse. As for personal changes, I don't save them up for a single day. I make them continuously throughout the year. The "New Year", after all, is whenever you choose to celebrate it.
Joshi Posted December 31, 2001 Author Posted December 31, 2001 why is this suddenly straying from the original topic, what's your new years resolution, and i'm not talking screen sizes, although i'm an 800x600.
TheLegend Posted December 31, 2001 Posted December 31, 2001 Sorry, I'm not English/American/Australian so what do you mean with resolution. mine: 1024 by 768
Charley Posted December 31, 2001 Posted December 31, 2001 I don't have a resolution. My mum does though- to learn to read music AND play my violin. Fat chance!!
Fender Posted December 31, 2001 Posted December 31, 2001 Lose weight, keep spot in rugby A Team. Start caring about the BSZone again. The list goes on......
Alexa Posted December 31, 2001 Posted December 31, 2001 hrm... i haven't really thought about that... I guess mine would be to start working out and getting in shape for the soccer season because i want to impress the scouts... and to learn how to use my computer... I have no idea how you guys put pictures up in here ~Alexa
Feral Posted January 1, 2002 Posted January 1, 2002 [*] To win a girl's heart. But not just any girl [*] To lose weight. Lots of it. [*] To complete 5 games I haven't completed before [*] To renovate my website [*] To learn to play the guitar [*] To spend less time on my computer and more time outside [*] To get more of a social life [*] To win a PressPack assignment [*] [brag]To pass my Maths GCSE, which I'm doing 2 years early[/brag] [*] To come up with at least 10 resolutions
HelenW Posted January 1, 2002 Posted January 1, 2002 1) Lose weight 2) Get at least a 2:1 in my second year of degree (Got a first last year, nice to do it again this year but 2:1 will do) 3) Quit smoking (only smoke about 8 a day so shouldn't be too hard) 4) To keep my resolutions!!!!
Joshi Posted January 1, 2002 Author Posted January 1, 2002 actually, i'm gonna revise lots, socialise alot more, learn some kinda self defense, learn to play guitar, & learn to be a better card player. i may also work out and lose wait, but it's not a promise.

Okay, perhaps a better term would have been "rollerblade," but make with that what you will...
