Sith Knight Temple Arena: Completed

yes, i could've chosen light blue, aqua blue, grayish blue, and many, MANY more, but i chose the darkest cause it gave a good lighting affect (not the light from lightsaber emmitting off the dude's face). I admit i did rush the lighting in the level, mostly cause whenever i try to make it all good and fancy, i end up making it look crappish (kinda like in the invasion level)...

 

My next level is going to be HUGE. It's going to be so big, your hard drive will crash upon loading, and replace the boot sequence with 'INVADE COMPLETE' in ever single line and do that for 10 hours before it actually finishes the boot process, and then your computer will FREEZE so you'll have to restart and go through the same process 3 more times. :D j/k about that. I'm estimating the level to be anywhere from 3-13 megs without music (unless S1 decides to make some for his room, crash cantina, flarestar, and downtime).

 

It will be Multiplayer as well as Single Player. Single player will be awesome, you're going to invade an imperial filled base...steal a holocron or something, and get to the rooftop to steal a shuttle. It'll be fun, i'm trying not to think of the sp part right now, and concentrate on the level design part. I'm going to do the texturing LAST, so i don't forget anything or mess anything up. Today I will finish the architecture in the basement/hangar and assign it a layer or whatever so i don't meet the surface limit (like i did with the atpt 3do).

 

Well i gotta go eat breakfast (GOLDENGRAAAAHAAAAMSSSSSSS) and do a GED exam, read 10 pages in my computer book, and read 3 chapters of the Bible before I spend 4 hours on the level. :D

 

I hope all of you are as excited about the level as I am. I really enjoy building levels, especially if i have the layout so i don't need to think it all up as I go along (some of it i do think up, like the pool in the mod/admin room, that's going to be a 'death pool' and we'll see some dead/banned members/mod there decapitated and stuff) hehehe

Not really...I could make it so some of the doors were locked, etc. :D And of course, i'll load the hallways, etc with stormies.

 

OK i might not add music except for that already there (the cantina music and jabba's palace music)...

And find keys in the rooms to advance upwards through the level? :D

 

As for the music...bleagh =/ I'm still afraid it'll murder the framerate
