Paragon_Leon Posted August 15, 2001 Posted August 15, 2001 Some of you had the unfortunate bad luck of being online when bill_thrawn (and / otherwise known as ?) R2_D2 logged in and started posting porn and severe insults. If there is one thing i intend to come down on extremely hard, it's that kind of stuff. I have deleted all his posts and the threads he started. His account is to be deleted by Chris and i have no doubts whatsoever that this person will be banned. As to R2_D2; we have serious reasons to believe it's the same person. I have replied to one e-mail and deleted the rest, leaving that account to be erased by Chris as well. Should this person / those persons keep trying to post this stuff, it will be mentioned to the proper authorities. I'll see if there's a possibility for some kind of filter here too.. Hope you're all feeling better knowing we're cracking down on this. Happy posting !

I hope that guy gets reported to the F.B.I. because they are the ones cracking down on this all over the internet.

This stuff is probably going to happen more and more as you gain people to these boards Lord Jay has volunteered and I think he would make a good, fair MOD. But it's up to Chris of course

I also am on when nobody else is ... but that is because I live in a total different time period than the most of you (exept Leon). The trouble is ... school starts in another 1,5 weeks. Besides from not to be able to log on in the morning, I'll also have homework ... and a social life. I am saying this because someone here told me that he had a strong feeling that if they needed another mod, they would choose me ... And I just want to say that I cannot commit that much time to the job (I have cable ... that's not the problem). But if you need a back-up ... I'd be happy to log on every morning before school (that is the time when most of you are safe to bed) and do a round
Wraith 5 Posted August 15, 2001 Posted August 15, 2001 I to am in the same boat as YD I will be on for about 9 hours everyday, but when school starts in about 4 weeks, i will be in class for 5 of thouse hours. Then again i may make up for my lost time at night. Chris I am here to serve:gaurd:... Anyway i can help, please let me know....

Mitth'raw'nuruodo Posted August 16, 2001 Posted August 16, 2001 I don't start school for another week (or 2 or 3 I can't remember) but I'll be on alot everyday, and one school starts at least once a day between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. I you need limited help around then I'm open to opportunities.
