The Count
What are the names of the Dark Forces books, and what is the general plot?
BlacKnight
if you're refering to the timothy zahn books they're the best star wars EU ever written IMO bouty hunter wars is the only thing that comes close, but that's just me as for the plot, in short a grand admiral who is the best commander the emporer ever had return from the far rim and starts destroying the new republic. He starts cloning people and finds the legendary katana fleet. This is also where ysalmiri are introduced as a way to control jedi. I won't tell you how he is defeated because that would give away 75% of the plot.
Bryarpistol
Soldier for the Empire, Rebel agent and Jedi Knight. The plot is a mix of DF and DF:JK, with some of Kyle's life before joining the rebels. It's a bit loose, and at some points is pretty poor. StormHammer
*waves hand* There are the books you're looking for... Soldier For The Empire - by William C. Dietz, illustrated by Dean Williams. ISBN - 0-399-14198-7 Rebel Agent - by William C. Dietz, illustrated by Ezra Tucker. ISBN - 0-399-14396-3 Jedi Knight - by William C. Dietz, illustrated by Dave Dorman. ISBN - 0-399-14452-8 That's for the hardback editions, BTW. They're more like Novellas, rather than novels, but they're still a good read, and fill in some of the gaps in Kyle's life. I read teh first one of those in 3rd grade never finished the rest.. but I think hes talking about the ones that are directly about the ones in df. Iread one about him in the empire and getting his lightsaber. DOn't remeber much bout the story but it was illlustrated and very nicly.

JR2000Z
I only have the Rebel Agent book. It has a general overview of the game - they just added some stuff in. The artwork that is scattered throught the book is nice too.
