I was playing a 2v2 match, me and another civ vs 2 other comps. The difficulty was hard. I forgot to lock it, and the computer AI automatically made me an enemy when I got in the game! Isn't that dumb?

Thought that only happened in AoE..

I have another great example: I played a 2v2 game with Tirion vs. two computer players. First thing I noticed was that although I'm pretty sure Tirion had set them to allies, after the game I looked at the achievements and saw that one of them had paid over 10 000 in tribute to the other (talk about blackmailing).

Here are the things the AI have done so far:

  • Joined my cause for resources (usually 500 of each type)
  • Treathened to attack me if I didn't give it 500 units of each resource type
  • Enemied me, then offering to join me again if I paid it 500 units of each resource type . Now that's one mean computer.

Yes, but remeber in AoK durring skirmish mode the AI would reject any and every tribute you made and just plain out attacked you...well in GB they will actually become your ally!!! You actually figure out what that diplomacy screen is for!!!:)

I think that feature is too cool!!!:D

THANK YOU LUCASARTS!!!:D

Uhmm, isn't that a good sign, helping each other out by giving them ressources ??

This can also happen in AOKTC if you play on hardest

against two allied comp players one will pay the other

lots of resorses;)
