GendoTheGreat
Lately I've been listening to the Ok Computer CD by Radiohead. I've been listening to a lot of classical too, mostly Strauss and Mozart.
spoon_man
Mtblanc: Wow a Wilco fan! YHF kicks ass! Lately I've been obsessed with the new Radiohead songs from the Portugal and Spain tour. There's a lot of radiohead fans here but you don't know the true genius of RH till you listen to Kid A and Amnesiac.
Gexx
Wilco is great
MtBlanc
Yeah, Wilco rules. I'm happy to see some Wilco fans on this forum, that rocks! The last Radiohead stuff I've heard has been OK Computer. Maybe I should get with the times.
Gexx
Kid A is cool. They played Radiohead and Wilco in Vanilla Sky, cool movie.
scabb
Whilst 'Kid A' and 'Amnesiac' are no doubt good albums, I still prefer 'The Bends' for single songs alone.

GendoTheGreat
Me too. OK Comp. has all my favourite Radiohead songs on it. Most of their stuff after that is so-so.
spoon_man
1. Kid A (Absolute genius!) 2. OK Computer 3. Amnesiac 4. The Bends 5. Pablo Honey Oh and btw they didn't play Wilco in vanilla sky. They played two radiohead songs though they had Everything in its right place in the begining when David wakes up and I Might Be Wrong when he's talking to the tech support in the bar. Btw Vanilla Sky kicks ass it's my 2nd favourite film of 2001 the top 5 being: 1. Waking Life 2. Vanilla Sky 3. Memento 4. Almost Famous 5. Zoolander
Gexx
ya Vanilla Sky is great. And David asks the other guy if he wants to listen to Radiohead in the car.
scabb
Really? I thought Vanilla Sky was absolute bollocks. It wasn't clever at all, I don't care what anyone else wants to say. It was garbage. I hate it when films try to be 'deep' and fail miserably. I also disliked American Beauty for the same reasons, and yes, I did understand both films, I'm not some idiot who only likes movies with explosions and poop jokes. My favourite Radiohead Albums are: 1. The Bends 2. OK Computer 3. Kid A 4. Amnesiac 5. Pablo Honey

spoon_man
Has anyone here ever seen Waking Life? It is absolute genius and the best film of 2001. It's changed the way I live my life. It's almost like my religon now.
