THIS is the Butterfly move everyone wants to do..

I think I may have just seen it in single player - or part of it at any rate. I spawned about a dozen Desanns and I was just standing in the middle of them with my saber on light stance, holding fire without any directional keys when Kyle started to spread his arms as shown in the .gif files there. Unfortunately he was thrown to the other side of the level like a rag doll before he could finish whatever it was he was doing, and suddenly there were six lightsabers giving him a drastic haircut as you can see here, but I'm going to try again with fewer enemies and if I see it again I'll jab furiously at the screenshot key and post the evidence.

there's something else to keep in mind about the move and if it's doable or not

it's quite possible that the key combination approach will only work, if someone is standing in a certain position around you or doing a specific move near you.

there's two moves already that are contingent upon having and opponent in a certain position or direction before the move works.

the light stance backwards stab

and the medium stance jump and underhand swing

just a thought

the purple one

I am getting a demo file together of 2 glitch moves I have found you can do. I believe they are glitch moves because of how the character models squashes and also that if you do it right, your attack button gets swinging on auto till you intiate a new swing techique. Basically, it is in done during a sideways force flip. Time on this is very critical. You hit your jump +side strafe(doesn't matter which onee + primary attack. This will start the very average sideways forceflip saber wiggle I am sure you have seen already. But here is the twist, do not let off your strafe key as you do this move, this will culminate in the full twisting swing we are familiar with when you land. But!!! right as you start that sideways leap and are holding your strafe key down very quickly hit your primary attack again. It will halt your flip and toss you the opposite way of your leap with a very fast side swing. I know this description is abit hard to follow, but as I said, I am working up the demo for this move to show what I am talking about. You will know you did this move right when you see yoru character just stop in mid-air real quick and swing in the opposite direction and the fact that you character model seems to get very thin for a moment while it changes direction. Almost like a hicup move with a little model squashing. lol The other is also a glitch done in almost the same manner that swings your saber up around your head and behind your back. almost like your doing a back block. Not sure if this would actually work as a block as I have yet to pull it off against a bot. I am about 25 % able to pull this move off when I am really trying. I will get the demo out soonest so someone can tell me if this is a valid move that I have stumbled across or just a a glitch as I assume. I think this last move is diffinantly a glitch do to the fact that there is a small amount of clipping during the swing behind your head.

You can't just do it, its a dodge move. I was playing against 2 reborn bosess and they swung at me while I was swinging and I did the first move. I didn't press any direction keys and it did that. Hard to get though. so actually its just an attack and dodge combo.

OK. Here's another move I know I've seen a few times in multiplayer:

Two duelers. One dueler moves towards other and begins a slash. Defender does a "half-jump" where his body pitches forward up into the air almost parallel with the ground - just above head level, then stops momentum in midair, then rotates back the back down to his feet (like rewinding the action).

I've seen this at least twice, and I've done it once. I can't remember if I pressed ONLY jump, or jump + attack to pull this off. However, I'm not sure if what I see is just caused by lag, or if it's actually a scripted move

(Wish I knew how to screenshot/record this. It's an AWESOME evasive move!)

This sounds like the medium special move. About 5 feet in front of the person, hit attack+jump+forward. It creates that effect. In SP, do the same thing as you are touching the person.

maybe this is the special moves associated with the two stances that we cannot get... has anyone tried this in the reborn only stance? oh and the crounch jump straife thing doesnt work...

and another cool move, ok, so its doesnt kill much, but it looks cool... is run up to a wall, and when you run into it, hit jump to backflip off. but before you run into the wall, hit primary fire.. heavy sabre stance works best because its slower... now, after you have flipped off the wall, hold jump and back to give yourself the most air, and move you mouse to look left or right... dont wiggle it, just slide one way, pick it up, move back slide the same way again... you roll in mid air, while sliceing.... it may look odd from your perspective, but from other ppls pov who are watching, it looks pretty damn cool... a 180 looks, good a 360 looks better , and a 540 looks really awesome... anything over a 540 gets too hard to follow for other people, ive probably gotten up to maybe a 900 or 1080, but i say 540 looks the best, especially with lag.. try it and have a friend watch, you'll see what i mean... it looks leathel, but has a short range... gl :D

are you guys talking about the move in light (or fast) stance where you jump over an enemys head and you swing your lightsaber down like darth maul???? Im not sure what it is but i do this sweet ass move in light stance were you barely jump over an enemys head and you do a flip/swing your saber at them. I really have no idea what your talking about but this could be it I donno...

I've done something in single player similar to the top picture on many occasions, but where my feet are almost strait upwards, with head towards the ground. Doing some spinny move why swinging my saber at the enemy below me. Looks very cool but I have no idea how I do it, I just jump look down and attack and sometimes it happens.
