When I see some of the other crap other companies produce I think thank god for Raven. JO truely is the best first person starwars game ever the light saber battles with the new patch truely are epic. Just try playing bots with it. It really feels like the movies and it isnt key bashing. Im really looking forward to SOF 2 and the multi test is cracking it looks just as good as RTCW. So shove the game up your ass patch haters! The new patch is great it fixes many bugs and now mp dueling is more realistic like sp. I think the ppl who are complaining about it, and say that it has ruined it are idiots. First of all the buttons and move combos have changed and ppl dont take the time to learn them and just assume that the game "now sucks" because what the tactics or moves that USED to work for them no longer don't or aren't as good. They gave us 4 new duel maps and they are very fun yet you ppl always gotta put down raven and for what reason? They just spent a long time trying to satisfy you guys and you start flaming them that it sux, they did what most ppl wanted in a patch, they fixed erros, improved gameplay, and even threw in some new maps to satisfy you. So for now why don't you stop complaining and enjoy the game, if you don't like something in the game send a email to raven or post that SUGGESTS something they should change or improve upon dont FLAME them! The way raven treats us by listening to our suggestions and feedback has earned my respect and gratitude. I rarely buy computer games due to the fact that most companies are not like this at all. But I have to say, My appreciation for the service they have given us is reason for me to not even think twice about buying a game from raven. They have earned my loyalty and support. This is how a business should operate. Keeping customers by treating them like more than just consumers, and that once they have our money they no longer care. Thanks Raven. I didn't like the SOF2 test at first, but after finding some fast servers and doing a bit of tweaking I discovered how great it can be. It actually broke my Counter-Strike addiction! You have to try and find an opening and attack. I think the only people complaining are DFA spammers, repeater secondary-fire spammers, and drain/grip spammers. Their definition of "skill" is spamming one move over and over again.
