I started looking at these games lucasarts is putting out. The first thing I noticed is that SO FAR no Star Wars games are anounced. Does that mean that LucasArts is becoming the gaming superpower they once were? Being totally versitile and still putting out great games?

Well, they have 2-3 games waiting to be officially announced.... that's a promise. We know of SW: KotOR... so we'll just have to wait for the SW: Clone Wars and SW: Bounty Hunter announcements.... but I like their new style. Going forth with Gladius, Indy and RTX is a bold move.

Well, Simon Jeffrey, the prez of LEC, said that this year he was aiming for a 50/50 split between Star Wars and Original titles. There are 4 spots left for games on the E3 page, and I think the majority of them will be SW titles. LEC's original titles have always been good, so it's good to see so many already this year.

Well, I'm new here, but, i think that Lucasarts is finally hitting it's stride. It has made some great games, but it has made some less than memeorable titles that did not do justice to the STAR WARS franchise. With KOTOR and Star Wars Galaxies, I think that Lucasarts can and will be a driving force behind gaming in the same league as Eidos or Sierra.

Well, they are famous...

They were the first company ever to put actual video footage onto a CD-ROM, which obviously was one of their games.

Do you know which one? It was Rebel Assault.

So, you can say that LucasArts was the first step to creating DVDs.
