Fossil25 Posted June 10, 2002 Share Posted June 10, 2002 i don't think the stance, or rather the way they hold the saber before fighting will actually control the speed and style they fight with...surely they can fight with the fast stance way even if they were holding the lightsaber in the strong stance way before. the strong stance can block all fast stance moves, except for those unblockable special moves. if yoda was using the fast stance, then by following the game purely, dooku would only need to use strong stance to block and eventually parry yoda's saber. since the strong stance is considered the best stance, supposedly, i guess yoda was using strong stance to fight but by using force speed (which i think he did use), he would be fighting at the speed of fast stance and maybe even faster since his force powers are good enough to go beyond the supposed highest level of force speed.
