Well, I'll tell you... It was a long time ago when the forum was just starting... I was just a newbie quickly growing into one of the best posters here. I used to post about 300-500 posts a week. I posted 300 posts and got ahead of Kvan in post count about a hundred ahead and then...the worst happened... The forum collapsed. All you could use was pms period. It came back up with a message... "I’m sorry to report that I made a huge mistake! Our log files (only a weeks worth I might add) exceeded 200 megs, which exceeded our server space. Because of this the server halted uploads. Some how running a repair program for vBulletin with our space maxed out deleted the Premier Galactic Battleground forums database. Unfortunately the latest backup I had was nearly a week old. I think it is safe to say that we’ve learned our lesson. The board will be backed up nightly. I’d just like to apologize to all of you for deleting those messages and over 20 users. Trust me, this will never happen again." In that big process I had lost 300 posts.
