Without him the galaxy would be in peace, and we wouldnt have the empire vs. rebelion war. Or the return of the Sith or just aobut everything that happens in the SW saga. This is because Dooku would whip Vader in a lightsaber duel (on contemplation of AOTC and TESB/ROTJ). Voting for a Jedi is like being on the Death Star when it ! AgentSmith Posted July 10, 2002 Share Posted July 10, 2002 Well you have to hand it to Luke though, he had barely any training whatsoever, had to face extremely adverse conditions and two very powerful Sith Lords. All in all he didn't do so bad I think. (Plus for those who would take the EU into account, Luke faced a lot of challenges and was put into the position to once again rebuild the Jedi order -with incomplete records and teaching to do so-, he had to reinvent/reinstate many things and lead the New Jedi Order. Even now with the Yuuzhan Vong invasion his responsabilities are great, plus having turned to the Dark Side once his fear of falling again and to make the right choice and not become his father haunts him always.)
