you remember when your ping depended on how close you were to the server? haha and how if you had 0 ping, you were the master, and everyone would be all impressed with you if you had 0 ping, haha the good old days:)

Oh yeah :D

 

I still play cs, but I need some time off from all that STRESSFUL aiming and tactics. J/K :p

 

 

I haven't seen a FPS that rivals CS/HL online. Jedi Outcast is a totally different game so it's not fair to put the two in the same category. CS is tactical OPs where as Jedi Outcast is...well...Star Wars :) I can't wait to see if CS:CZ is as good as they say it is. Then we'll see if the HL engine can stack up against the other big games.

i remember my day's schedule last year :D

 

WEEKDAYS

 

6:30-wake up

6:40-get dressed

6:45-eat breakfast

7:00-wash up/brush teeth/floss/go to bathroom

7:15-turn on PC

7:20-check E-Mail

7:25-play CS

8:00-turn off CS/put on shoes,coat,ect.

8:05-go to bus stop

8:15-get on bus to school

8:45-school starts

3:15-get home from school

3:20-turn on CS

5:55-get off CS

6:00-eat dinner

6:30-get on CS (again :rolleyes: )

9:00-get off PC/get ready for bed

9:45-go upstairs

11:00-go to sleep

 

WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

 

9:00-wake up

9:15- get dressed/washup/ect.

9:30-turn on PC (can you guess whats coming?)

9:35-get on CS (if you guessed CS, youre right! :D)

12:00-eat lunch

12:30-get on CS

4:00-get off CS/check E-Mail/get back on again

6:15-get off/eat dinner

7:00-post on whatever forums im doing at the time

8:30-play CS again!

10:00-get off/get ready for bed

10:30-go upstairs

12:30-1:00-go to bed

 

as you can see, my week was based off CS. i have since lost my HL cd and trashed my HD, so i will not be playing CS for a while. if you want my schedule now, just replace everywhere you see CS with JO:D j/k

Yeah I'm in a clan for CS and I play religously, I love having server admin privledges. I love the strategy. Nothing will ever compare to CS for me. Definatly my all time favorite online game.

I agree, absolutely. CS was incredible for being such a simple game. I say that out of respect to Valve, oc.

CS clans are much different than most others. I was in

\-<>-]CNW[-<>-/ (Clan of the Night Wolves) for 3 years before [RAA]. The difference is night and day, mostly because our old clan was extremely cut throat unlike [RAA] which is equal parts responsabilities. Much better, IMO, if you want to stay successfull.

 

PS. \-<>-]CNW[-<>-/ is still around and I have nothing against them, I just grew tired of the way things were.

heh, i stopped palying cs in 1.3 (sort of) but it's a great game and i still reguarly paly it.

I'm waiting for condition zero to see if it really is as good as they claim it is.

Until i palyed it i never knew why peoiple loved it so much, but it's so addictive and is still the online daddy of em all. :D

UT is great too, an old skool killing game. Refreshing
