|DEM|Mosleg
I noticed when playing online with a friend after he does a front-roll it looks like he's skipping across the ground on his feet but his feet aren't moving, they're stationary. I asked him about it but he was clueless. Is this just "lag" in the model's movement or are they really doing that? I've often wondered this but never throught to post about it
Jah Warrior
yeah this happens to me too, i think its just some kind of glitch in the game, I may be wrong but i think it may be something to do with the data rate or frames per second that the server broadcasts to players at. I dunno just a guess.
Deetox187
I could do that in 1.02 with the sabercolor script that makes your guy lay down on the ground. Before each roll you hit that key and your guy slides along the ground on his feet like you describe. Maybe there is another way to do it now or maybe it's lag, all i know is the way i did it only works in 1.02.
Psionic Jedi
Happens alot to me too. I'm wondering if it's helpful at all as a glitch, cause standing up is less defensive as a roll.
Pedantic
It happens to me when the other person has a bad ping. It was the source of great perplexion when I asked how they did it, and they thought I was a n00b asking how to roll.
[RAA]-=Chi3f=-
It's a script that they put in to change the roll animation. It doesn't affect gameplay, just looks funny.
