darthfergie Posted July 28, 2002 Share Posted July 28, 2002 Just like the time eater's section on the main page of http://www.lucasconsoles.com what have you been playing alot of recently and was it a good time or bad? ______________________________________ I've been playing alot of Romance Of the Three Kingdoms VII Some of you have probably played it's predecessors (ROTK4 is great) and some have most likely played it's cousins (Dynasty Warriors series and Kessen II) They all revolve around the same storyline. The Han dynasty is coming to a tragic end with civil war erupting throughout the land and even the emperor is imprisoned secretly in his own home by Lord Cao Cao the leader of the Wei. Many rise to great power such as the traitor Dong Zhou, the Wise Sun Quan, and the Noble Lui Bei. All seek the power that only ruler of all China can bring. You take the role of a hero in this grand epic. You take the role...of ANYONE. There are 535 preset characters to choose from and 100 creatable character slots. You may take the role of General, or a Prefect, or even the powerful Liege himself, or you may take the role of a Ronin...going from town to town learning new skills and building up relations until the time is ripe for you own assension to the throne. If you like TOTALLY open ended micro managing strategy games, this is for you. But if you are a strict RTSer just pass on bye...
