There should be a Showcase forum like Massassi's, then you have a staff of people who upload a new Screenshot of the Day every day for GOOD work that people post. Massassi has a script that only allows an SotD once a day of a certain size. Of course, you'd have to find some people who knew what they were doing, so you don't get crap levels as SotD.
