Forinec
I'm new here at jkii.net, and this isn't a proper introduction, but HELP ME!!! I was just trying out the Cheshire_Vader model I downloaded (You can't miss it) when I first encountered it on a free-for-all bot match. It's a weird little ugnaught called @STOPHERE It's like a bot, but it's not registered or listed as one. I removed the Vader file, but it's still there. I'm almost positive it came with that package. Is this something added on the Vader package that I'm not aware of, or is it some awful virus that attaches itself to downloads and runs around in your games spying on you?! Am I overreacting? It's just that I'm not used to creepy little mean and hidious ugnaughts attacking me in my own game! A little help here, pleeeeassseee.

Forinec
It hasn't affected my comp...... yet. I've already hunted it down and dueled with it at the Ceremonial Hall. ( a dramatic touch ) It didn't have much skill with a lightsaber, like the battle droids. Is it possible that it's some kind of malfunctioned piece dragged in by my download? But then again, it could be a spy, venting out personal info even as I speak. Yes, I think I will reinstall.

Forinec
I still would like to know what the heck this thing is, though. Has anyone caught this before? If so, tell me what it did to your comp. If it IS doing something to mine, I'm not aware of it yet. I've just noticed a slight increase in game crashes. Sivy
where did you download it from?
Kent H
Well normally what that is is a stopping point. There's a file in the assets0.pk3 called bots.txt that in-game creates the list of bots you choose to play against. @STOPHERE is supposed to be a stopping point, but not show up in-game. The only thing I can figure is something you downloaded must have altered this somehow to turn into a bot.
