Boba Rhett Posted August 27, 2002 Posted August 27, 2002 Are you talking about the one you currently have or did you try to upload your animated one and it didn't work? If you couldn't upload the animated one, check its file size and pixel size.
Khier Posted August 27, 2002 Author Posted August 27, 2002 im talkin about the one i currently have it was supposed to be an animation i downloaded it from the net and resized it to 70x70 pixels i then uploaded it to the custom avatar screen (from Boba Rhett's link) and chose it to be my avatar (that is it, under my name), BUT i don't see any animating going on like there was supposed to be
JR2000Z Posted August 28, 2002 Posted August 28, 2002 So, it was orgininaly .gif format right? What did you use to resize it? I don't think Photoshop lets you resize gifs, or it will end up being .gif, .bmp, .jpeg, etc. wich will show it as an imange instad of an animation. You may end up using some kind of .gif editor to resize it or something.
Khier Posted August 29, 2002 Author Posted August 29, 2002 Yes it was originally in .gif format and i used a simple "paint" (drawing program) from the start menu then accessories. So does anyone know where i can get a free gif editor then?
