ibballin Posted September 21, 2002 Posted September 21, 2002 well ive noticed in the other thread everyone was talking about their cardboard boxes that they keep. well what about instruction booklets? i throw away my boxes but seem to keep my intruction booklets even though i hardly look through them. so what do you guys do?
Thew Rydur Posted September 22, 2002 Posted September 22, 2002 I keep my all my instruction books, I must have about 3 boxes full.
Old_Ben Posted September 22, 2002 Posted September 22, 2002 I enjoy reading through the instruction books of all the games I get. I hold on to them for a while too, along with the box.
ibballin Posted September 22, 2002 Author Posted September 22, 2002 yeah i still like to read mine too. just this afternoon i was reading the instructions for the orignal castlevania for nes. i also had booklets for doom(pc), madden 97(snes),98(pc), and double dragon (nes) and thats just some of the ones i found:D
Murashu Posted September 22, 2002 Posted September 22, 2002 If it has anything to do with games, I tend to hang onto it.
setsuko Posted September 22, 2002 Posted September 22, 2002 Some manuals. Need I say the Fallout manuals? Didn't think so. However, since most of my boxes are down in the cellar, it's kinda natural to keep the manuals too. But I would not cry if they got lost, so to say.
"thA dekMan" Posted September 22, 2002 Posted September 22, 2002 yea Fallout's manuals are great, complete with rings and funny drawings.
Norin Radd Posted September 24, 2002 Posted September 24, 2002 I keep mine, good refeence. The other day I was playing Allied Assault and kept getting killed because I kept switching from rifle to grenade, then knife, then dropping my rifle. The SWG manual will be huge. Supposedly, a few hundred pages. Get out the backache pills.
Wraith 8 Posted September 24, 2002 Posted September 24, 2002 I keep only the boxes i think are cool and i have ALL the instruction books....except for C&C... i lost that one.
