Sephiroth__VII Posted October 10, 2002 Posted October 10, 2002 Are the bones of the legs sopost to be sticking out(like on kyles root.xsi) or can i move them inside my model?
Psyk0Sith Posted October 10, 2002 Posted October 10, 2002 In theory you position the mesh around the bones, not the other way around. Some problems might occur when moving bones out of place.

Psyk0Sith Posted October 10, 2002 Posted October 10, 2002 Sitting position??? when importing kyle's skeleton, everything should be in the right place, you dont move any bones or tags. Try re-importing kyle's .xsi and then position your mesh.
Sephiroth__VII Posted October 10, 2002 Author Posted October 10, 2002 well that isnt good cuz i imported him several times, its like the top half is vertical, but once u get down to the pelives it sticks out horizontaly so the bones look like this "L" and the mesh is like this "|" is there a way i can bend the bones or something cuz i dont think this is right

Anavel Gato Posted October 14, 2002 Posted October 14, 2002 I had this too. Just rotate the bones of the legs back so that they are in a standing position. This worked fine for me and I didn't get any problems later on.
