I'm contemplating starting over now that I have the basic layout...seems like the head is the hardest thing to do but I guess I can redo everything. Still having problems with the hands. It goes straight from shoulder to elbow, The polygons that make up the forearm are a bit boxy. I will be glad to offer some pointers. I really like the head, captures that anime feel. Lord -=[FBF]=- Posted October 28, 2002 Share Posted October 28, 2002 very nice model, i like it. however, i dont think that u can get player models ingame from gmax, i think u need 3dsmax (summat to do with .xsi plugins, and all that crap about binding caps together and weighting the skeleton etc). i could be wrong, but its my understanding that it cant be done. this means ull have 2 get someone with max to do all the complicated stuff involved in the getting-in-game process for u, or get a copy urself. good model tho! The only comment I have is to make sure you add the eyes and mouth by extracting inwards and creating the lip line instead of just cutting and extracting.
