If what I saw was correct,would the battle system be like this?

 

Start:

Player:Press S for Lightsaber

... 3 seconds pass...

Enemy Jedi:Attacks

... 3 seconds pass...

Player: presses a configurable button to block(or if auto-block,automatically blocks)and tries to push away enemy's saber

Player,again: presses a configurable button to attack

... 3 seconds pass...

 

And then this turn of events flow like real-time.Or is it not?If it is then I'd rather call it turn base.Battles sure will take lots of time and won't be climactic.

The when activating a menu to use your various powers or items, the game doesn't stop, but it slows down in real time, allowing you time to pick which option you want.

 

I couldn't see if each option to pick had a certian button that used said option, or if you just use the arrows to move up and down, picking the one you want.

U can pause the game and then issue the commands however u like, it has the turned base element as in each character has it's own 'initiative round' going individually, but that is all behind the scenes so there won't be obvious pauses, unless ur character has...something like 1 attack per round.

Saber blocking will probably be auto-e.g. u have 50% rating to block or whatever and that get's calculated every time someone blasts u. Or could be worked into armour class system, tho that is just speculation on my part.

 

So what is the pc interface looking like? hmmm, I'll browse up the Bioware msg-b
