AKPiggott
I've prepared a .SP file with the same filename as my map and placed it in the "strip" directory, but subtitles aren't appearing in my cutscenes when dialogue is spoken. I've made the text fields the same as the sound filenames (which is what Raven have done), assuming that it would all work automatically. It doesn't though. What am I missing out? idontlikegeorge
well, provided its you, i aint gonna say "double check your file structure blah blah" anyway, has anyone else made custom cutscene subtitles this way? i know the tavion map has subtitles printed, but it aint the same as the way you are trying to do cuz if no one has done it, it might be one of those things that for some dumb reason the game wont let you do it... like with objective tags, cant customize the tag, or make a custom .sp file for objectives... i hope i am wrong, though... i want to have cutscene subtitles like in the game
AKPiggott
Wait a minute! I can't write my own objectives? Can I still overwrite the objectives.sp and re-write the objective fields to one of the current levels and use those?

AKPiggott
I'd already done eveything in that tutorial, so I was a bit confused. Then I figured out the problem, the reference names need to be written in capitals. Works a treat now.
