I would truly think that it would be a mistake to drop out now when they seem to be kicking Intel's ass now. Especially with their AMD Duron like of processors . AMD are, as has been said, branching out into different areas of development. However, AMD did try to make its processors more attractive to a select section of the market, and this didnt go as planned.
