UPDATES! well i worked on it more and now i have the base skin for the upper torso, keep in mind that the cloth on his sleeves r just a flat shade of purple for now and i will improve it, same goes for his armour i will make it look better but see what u think! Well you'll all be pleased to know i have the BASE SKIN done for the entire model! *cheers, whistleing, applause, crowds screaming for joy* I improved his armour and finished up all the other stuff too! i had to redo some UV Maps though to get more detail. all his cloth clothes, (sleeves pants etc.) are all flat shaded right now but dont worry, ill get to textures right away! the only things im going to completely redo are his eyes, which make his whole face look weird but when corrected it looks great but im still going to redo them. (in the pics he has his old eyes) and the jetpack probably. in the second pic u can see the jetpack is there but its not his, its bobas! i just put it there to see the entire skin together, if u want it to stay like that though insanesith just tell me! well after that long explaination here r the pics! i think this is the best skinning job ive ever done! (again, copy and paste links!) El Sitherino Posted December 1, 2002 Author Posted December 1, 2002 i saw em its comin along nicely matt. im lookin at getting this rigged for game i forgot to get it rigged but the problem is i dont know how to set it on the skeleton. if anyone can help me please let me know cuz i decided im gonna fix my comp up so i can reinstall 3dsm.
Matt-Liell Posted December 1, 2002 Posted December 1, 2002 Ive been working non-stop to get him finished and here he is! he is ALMOST finished except for the jetpack! insanesith do u want to keep it as this jetpack he has on or me skin jangos acctual one? about getting it rigged u have to wait till im done then i have to give the .gmax file to the person who will put it ingame, cause my file has th UVW Maps on it!
