Well I think it's becaus I said Medium-size to small-size city. I wanted private education, said I didn't like taxes, even if service was cut.

 

And I put culture as a priority, the theater, symphony, opera, all that stuff. Also wanted a good team that I could go watch close by.

 

Wehn I limit it to the south, Biloxi comes up, I've been there before. Beautiful city, right down by the gulf, plenty of culture and history, only problem is that the housing costs are astronomical.

i've been to 11 of these cities, and have maybe passed through more, i'm not sure.

My list was terrible I did't save it but they decided nothing like #1 population of 46000 #2 pop 456000

 

That tells me nothing oh and east coast, plains of NEBRASKA and the west coast that really narrowed down my spot
