Dae
So I have a problem. I have the CD version of MI1 and MI2 combined into 1 CD, and I have problems. I've got the creative labs sound card, but when I play the game its nothing like how I remember. All the sound is done on cheap instruments. For example, the 'swish-swish' at the spitting competition is two piano notes. The music sounds all wrong, some drum beats completly out of piece and louder than they should be. Does anyone know how to adjust the configuration to meet this? I currently have a Creative labs sound card, and its on Roland port 388 (anything else sounds even worse). Remi
If you're talking MI2, you might want to check out ScummVM as it supports different sound emulations. MI1 uses CD audio though, so you're kinda screwed there. You can technically use MP3s from the Amiga version (http://www.scummbar.com/resources/downloads/mp3.php) or whatever with the game through ScummVM, but I'm not sure how well that works. Joshi
i personally like the CD music on MI1, i don't know why. i haven't heard the Mi2 music because Win XP doesn't support it and my Scum VM doesn't work. i got the latset version of LEC Q&E but that's doesn't seem to work either so i'll just screw it and play without music, it's still a good game.
