I mean c'mon, look how they mike Michael Dorn look like Worf in Star Trek. So Spike has the base of whats needed for Tarkin, just a little make-up, some contacts and some in-depth voice lessons which actors go through anyways, and he'll be set.. Why NOT have him in is the question. I mean, Episode III lays the ground for the rise of the Imperial Navy, why not show off some of its commanders.
