Hekx
Have you tried downgrading your video drivers? Or do you get the OpenGL error? Make sure you have the latest Direct X. Is the problem only with JKII?
Andy867
What OS are you running, and while on the subject, what are your system specs? Usually something in the specs will point to a compatibility issue in Windows/Games
NerfYoda
You may want to check how much RAM you have free for windows and that you have enough (at least 0.5G) room free on the hard drive for your swap file.

Andy867
I heard that GLDirect works well with cards that don't have direct support for the OpenGL 1.3/1.4 Compliance, like the voodoo cards which were discontinued a year or so before Jedi Outcast was published. Also, try using WickedGL, i know there is a trick to get it to recognize Jedi Outcast, like renaming JK2SP.exe and JK2MP.exe to qea and installing it then renaming the files back or so...
