Smood Posted April 4, 2003 Share Posted April 4, 2003 Hey guys, I need some assistance and recommendation of what I can do and use to make jediknight 2 movies. I've seen several movies that have come out, all high quality and seemingly smooth. However, I cannot reproduce this, my movies are either a bit jumpy, or distorted. I have tried camtasia with poor results. I have also tried FRAPS (http://www.fraps.com). It seems to work fairly well, except for the fact the game and video skip (lag) every 2-3 seconds. Basically you have to record a demo, then during playback use the cl_avidemo console command to get a series of jpgs and then use a program to convert the jpgs into a movie. Ronin_Medjai Posted April 5, 2003 Share Posted April 5, 2003 If you dont want to record demos and Want to get a Good Capture (Including the Sound) Try Getting a Graphix Card with TV out and Hooking it up to a Captuyre Card then Feed it back into Your Comp as a Video Feed (AVI) of course all of this will cost some $$$ from your nearest Best Buy.
