I'm developing a skin and I need your permission if I am able to complete it. I would like to use the head from your quigon model. May I please have permission? Please let me know what's up.

Well, I think that is very unlikely that Toonces give you that permission, but I could be wrong. Otherwise, if you don't get the permission you always can make that model of your for your own use.
