Well, if you're interested in editing the game, then jkii.net Editing Central is a good place to start for information on that. While JA will be slightly different, the basic principles will remain the same, so if you can do something in JO, then you should be able to do something using JA when it comes out. Note: there will be slight differences in the engine, but Raven have already stated they're trying to make JA MOD friendly.
