Ok, so I make it to Business IV, w00t, and I placed my vendor, w00t w00t, now that I am satisfied I want to get rid of my Business skills so I can place them in a different profession. Will doing this have any effect on my vendor that I placed?

I can now make stimpak C's....and I surrender that skill and now i have org. chem II. I can't make stimpak C's anymore only A and B's. So, to answer your question, I think it will have an effect on your npc's.
