They are all talk and hide, covert operations and intelligence gathering. The only members I know in "that" PA are Darth_Sidius and Unfrozen Caveman.

Does this skill pertain to talk with NPC's? because I think any character could get info out of PC's. I am trying to decide whether to follow the scout or marksman bh tree.
