Wolf4234man Posted June 29, 2003 Share Posted June 29, 2003 When i click on the SWG icon it trys to load but a message saying THE STATION LAUNCHPAD IS UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE NETWORK AT THIS TIME. Tal-N Posted June 29, 2003 Share Posted June 29, 2003 Was reported by us, wasn't always fixed with each patch. One thing which is actually to do with how windows works is that you should connect to the internet and open up an internet explorer window. If you don't get that little box saying 'you are not currently connected to the internet, would you like to connect?' then press the connect button and you're away. That fixes the problem sometimes because windows somtimes needs a poke with a stick so it knows that it has actually connected to the internet now. There are hired attendants in the troubleshooting chat that you can find in the first window. They solved my problems real quick. these people know the common problems people run into and know how to fix them. So just go on there and ask about it. They'll get to you pretty quickly.
