mr brush Posted July 2, 2003 Posted July 2, 2003 When I save in MI2 using SCUMMVM Q+E it seems to work, but when I restart the game the savegames has dissapeared. If I start the game without using SCUMMVM they are there (though the sound doesn't work if I'm not using SCUMM). It's a new kind of menu when using SCUMM, with more options, another save/load menu, may it have something to do with that? Please help me!
Ray Jones Posted July 2, 2003 Posted July 2, 2003 ..scummvm has some parameter called "savegamepath" or so.. dclick scummvm.exe -> "options" in the lower section there is the "Savegame path" .. click "choose" to choose it .. should work. i do not know really since i play with pure vdms .. (in scummvm you cannot use original savegames .. .. and i have them very original for years...)
Benny Posted July 2, 2003 Posted July 2, 2003 Look at where you are running scummvm from for .s00, .s01 files etc. Then check the savepath as rayjones said make sure its pointing to where the saved games are.
