Sam Fisher
No, mine doesn't blur, in fact, it looks really good. And it only cost about $200.
KBell
What brand is it? Because I was reading my 2 month old PC Gamer and in one of the reviews it said that the most reliable, blur-free Flat Panel Moniter is the Samsung 191T 19" for $

That's a good price on a good machine. I would recommend the XPS and the Alienwares to somebody that wants a cool PC at a cool price. While we're on the subject of modding, here's my case specs. First PC, [*]Viewsonic 19" (dang heavy) [*]ATI 9800 pro 128 [*]PIII 2.4 ghz [*]512 DDR [*]IBM 60 GB HD x2 [*]Soundblaster live Audigy II [*]3:1 Altec Lansing speakers ($30). They rock! [*]Memorex keyboard ($7 steal) and Trackball Optical (ball mouse) [*]Aaronix case w/ 600w PSU. $25 case [*]Crystalfonts iced-blue 1 x 4 LCD (I bored out my floppy bezel) [*]Modified 4 controller rheobus [*]4 case fans (UV), 2 are modified leds (very bright) [*]Custom window job. A little bit of Lexxon goes a long ways [*]Polished case grills [*]2 Cold cathodes, 1 UV blacklight [/list=1] The entire system started at $900. Along the way I've upgraded parts like the graphics card and mobo. Everything looks awesome, especially the paintjob. I used some jet ski paint from a friend (who works at a paint shop) on a gravity feed gun. I'm going to paint everything a special black finish (with some effects) pretty soon. There's a vinyl finish that works great on keyboards and mice (a lot of wear and tear). I had this case posted a while ago. When I find some pics I'll post them again.
