Matt-Liell Posted July 21, 2003 Posted July 21, 2003 What is the command you type in the console to rotate the camera by degrees, I wanted to get a better screenshot of my model but its been awhile and I've forgotten the command.
razorace Posted July 23, 2003 Posted July 23, 2003 1) Turn on cheats. 2) type in cg_thirdperson to see all the availible command varibles.
|GG|Carl Posted July 30, 2003 Posted July 30, 2003 I saw your legolas model today! cool one! the only commands you really need is: cg_thirdPersonAngle(insert a number between 1 and 359) cg_thirdPersonRange(insert a number between 1 and 100)
Dark Reaper Posted July 31, 2003 Posted July 31, 2003 hmm I think there also is a cameraorbit code.. like CG_cameraorbit makes you rotate around the player
boinga1 Posted July 31, 2003 Posted July 31, 2003 I would also recommend cg_thirdpersonvertoffset (default 16)- it moves the camera up and down relative to the player, allowing you to zoom in on the face, or...other things. And I believe you can use negative numbers.

Dark Reaper Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 I'm pretty sure that there is a CG_cameraorbit, cg_thirdpersonangle only shows a certain angle of the player but cameraorbit actually rotates around him if you enter \cg_cameraorbit 10 then the camera will rotate around the player with speed 10 hereby creating something like "thereisnospoon" in sp
|GG|Carl Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 Ok... maybe you're right... but if it's moving, it's not very good for taking screenshots, right?
