Picking Up Sabres

In the bind list is a command: "Weapongrabbed" bound to the \ key.

 

Also in the cvarlist is the variable: G_SaberpickuppableDroppedSabers 0. (it is spelled this way)

 

To me this implies you can,( if the variable is set to 1) pick up the dropped sabre of an enemy?

 

I have had no luck so far stealing a sabre from an opponent.

 

Has anyone managed to steal a sabre yet?

Yes i have managed to pick up different sabers.

 

Kurgan has posted a thread below, which has lots of cheats we've discovered check it out and it should explain all.

set it to 1 and when anyone drops a saber walk over it and press USE to drop your saber and pick up the one on the ground, you can also drop this saber and pick up your own again, also, you can pick up sabers for both hands. to choose which hand gets the saber, while holding 2 sabers, position the desired hand over the dropped saber and hit use. I actualy switched my blue saber to my left hand by dropping it and picking it up with my left hand! Have fun

hmmm, could you say, pick up two saberstaffs at once?

Hmm...thanks for the tips. I'll have to try that myself.

 

It would be cool if you could just flip your sabers from hand to hand quickly...I wonder if there's a way of doing that by using this cheat...
