Malcom Lore
Hej folks, I am new to Jedi Knight 2 outcast. I have played through the game and now I am trying multiplayer. Just to find out that the opponents are fighting very different in MP than in SP. Thus could you give me some advice for multiplayer? I think in MP everything is about timing. To strike if your enemy recovers his blow. I am just talking about duelling with the sabers without any force power. Because IMO you fight less if you need your force. You need much more skill in melee. Thanks for any response. Greetings.
Sam Fisher
I too, play duel/nf so, I usually use Strong and Fast, Strong for the initial blow, and Fast for the follow up. Just experiament with all the styles, and pick the one that you like best.

I found that I base my strategy on what my opponant is doing. It varies, but often I like to use different stances than my opponant. If they are using read, I will use yellow or even blue to duck in and strike just after they have swung. If they are using blue, I might use red because it can bash through blue's defense. Just play around and see what is successful for you...
Kurgan
1) Practice a lot, with bots on the highest skill level and with humans if you can. Practice what you will play... 2) Start visiting my site: http://strategy.jediknightii.net/jka/ and commit its teachings to memory (and submit your own when you find them or if you see something that needs correcting). With these simple steps you should be on your way to success in no-time!

Malcom Lore
Okay, maybe I wrote it down wrongly. I am not new to Jedi Knight 2 at all. I have it for a couple of time. And I switched through it two times with a different challenge. But as I got a new computer I could get more of it - better graphics and alike - and started to play MP. Thus I just wanted to get some advice. And surely I will buy Jedi Academy. But not now because it is too expensive. Or I will get it at ebay. Greetings.
